Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Exchanges and refunds   


If there is a problem with the product or you need a different size, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.

To be qualified for a return,
please get in touch with us by: 3 days following delivery.
Items must be shipped back within: After 7 days of delivery.

An email return label will be sent to the buyer in case the items being sold are damaged.
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label if the item is damaged, if the buyer decides not to keep the item, or if the buyer wishes to exchange it because they ordered the incorrect size.

The initial shipment of the item will be covered by the seller.

Other things that are not returnable:
Items created to order specifically
Credit cards
Products with downloadable software
A few personal care and health goods

We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Kindly avoid returning your product to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition is either missing parts or damaged for non-our fault.
any item returned more than 30 days following delivery.

Returns (if relevant)
We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

The payment will be processed if you are accepted. Within a certain amount of days, automatic credit will be given to your credit card or original payment method.

Missing or delayed refunds (if any)
First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.
Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Next, give your bank a call. It usually takes some time for a refund to be posted due to processing.

Items on sale

Sadly, refunds are only available for regular-priced purchases; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if any are relevant)

Items are only replaced if they are faulty, damaged, or the wrong size. Send us an email at EMAIL ADDRESS and mail your item to, us if you need it exchanged for an identical item

Gifts You will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped straight to you. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item is received.

We will provide the present donor a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't marked as a gift when it was bought or if they had the order shipped to them so they could give it to you later.
Delivery
Send your item back to (ADDRESS) by mail.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.

Shipping insurance or a trackable shipping service should be chosen if the item you are shipping costs more than $75. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.
